Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to capture requirements.
• Document current and future state processes using process maps and flowcharts.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Measure impact with process performance metrics and KPIs.
