Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, optimization, and operational improvement.
• Experience mapping processes, creating SOPs, and documenting process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand requirements and challenges.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process docs, guidelines, and workflow specs.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, costs, and performance.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and suggest further improvements.
