Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Operations, or similar functions.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
• Experience in a financial institution or with financial products in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of product changes with cross-functional teams.
• Diagram, evaluate, and maintain operational processes.
• Lead change management projects with data-driven metrics.
• Design and conduct technical UATs to improve process performance and product quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance customer experiences.
