Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of product changes with cross-functional teams.

As aProcess Excellence Lead, you will be a key contributor to our client’s Shared Services team within the Operations organization. We are seeking anexperienced, data-driven, and hands-on professionalwith a background indesigning simple and efficient business processes.As a member of the Process Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in launching product and process initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for leading programs and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for key business changes. We are looking for someone experienced, data‑driven, and hands‑on, with a strong background in designing simple, scalable, and efficient business processes - preferably within a financial organization or in close collaboration with financial products.

YOU WILL

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizingLean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Own theend-to-end lifecycle of product changes, managing cross-functional project members to ensure on-time and effective delivery of projects.
• Diagram, evaluate, and maintain operational processes.
• Lead key change management projectsutilizing metrics and data to measure impact and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Design and conduct technical user acceptance testing, providing feedback and guidance to product partners toimproveprocess performance and product quality.
• Work with product and engineering partners to enhance their knowledge of the current customer experiences and existing opportunities.
• Collect data to identify the root cause of problemsand utilize information to gain cross-functional alignment, and implement business changes.
• Organize,lead,and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Sendregular updates to stakeholdersacross the company to communicate project status and progress.

• 5+ years of experience inProject Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Operations,or a similar function.
• Experience working in a financial institution or with financial products in a regulated environment.
• Certificationin Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
• Experiencedesigning business processesthat drive a positive end-user experience, reduce business risk, and increase overall workflow efficiency.
• Experiencebuilding processes within a regulatory environment.
• Experienceleading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience inanalyzing, documenting, and mappingoperational processes through workflows
