Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Process Engineer Co-Op/Intern for Spring 2027 at its Bradley, FL site, with travel to other Florida sites. You will work on special projects, assisting engineers on major initiatives to improve process efficiency and product quality.

This in-person/internship role runs January 11 to April 23, 2027, typically 36–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering, with a 2.75+ GPA and prior internship or relevant

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering with a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Junior level or above by January 2027.
• 1-2 years of related volunteering or work experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to travel to Mosaic sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process engineering projects to improve facility efficiency and final product quality.
• Support equipment efficiency tests and develop a process flow diagram for new opportunities.
• Perform mass and energy balances for various chemical processes.
• Conduct field tracing of pipes/equipment and coordinate with drawings.
