Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering by January 2027.
• GPA 2.75 or higher.
• 1–2 years of volunteering, student organizations, or work experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; travel to sites/offices may be required.
• Full-time student in good standing for the co-op/internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of site work including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Mapping.
• Communicate with management, plant operators, engineers, tradespersons and contractors.
• Participate in department and project-specific meetings.
• Adhere to Mosaic’s mission, principles and priorities; demonstrate key competencies.
