Job summary

Access TeleCare, a national leader in acute telemedicine, seeks a Manager, Privileging to lead our credentialing team remotely. You will secure and maintain hospital privileges for physicians, NPs, and PAs, coordinating with Medical Staff Offices to ensure timely, accurate privileging.

You will set priorities, coach staff, and optimize processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in credentialing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physician credentialing or licensing.
• Knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations and Joint Commission Standards.
• CPCS or CPCS preferred.
• Strong collaboration and customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to work in a 100% remote environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for securing and maintaining hospital privileges for physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Set priorities, coach and develop the team, and streamline processes.
• Monitor and report team metrics to upper management.
• Ensure all required privileges are maintained 100% of the time.
• Research and resolve complex privileging issues and create stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee credentialing agreements from initiation to execution.
• Participate in education/training as required.
• Comply with HIPAA and corporate policies.
