Great Bay Staffing Group seeks a results-driven sales professional to build a new book of business in private label and custom manufacturing. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospects to product launch, working with distributors, manufacturers, and contractors across North America.

The role is a hunter position with growth into a Sales Manager, offering a base of $70,000 plus a $15,000 bonus after onboarding, and expected transition to remote work after initial months.

Qualificações

• B2B consultative sales experience or strong hunter mentality.
• Comfort selling custom, made‑to‑specification solutions (private label / OEM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; science-related degree a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% across the U.S. and Canada.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a sales plan to grow private label and custom‑manufactured business.
• Prospect and develop new opportunities with distributors, buying groups, manufacturers, and contractors.
• Manage the full sales process: consultative selling, pricing, negotiation, and product launches.
• Lead projects from prospecting through development, packaging, branding, and launch.
• Travel across North America to meet customers and gather insights.
