Job summary

A global consulting firm in the United States is looking for a Private Equity Support Specialist to provide executive administrative support, facilitate business development, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of private equity experience, a Bachelor's degree in business, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This full-time role is remote and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus additional benefits including a yearly bonus, medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity required.
• Management consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting proposals and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives for private equity clients.
• Attend client meetings and take notes.
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements for the PE team.
