The Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Private Client Producer to grow a national high-net-worth personal insurance practice. This remote role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strategic referral relationships, and delivering customized risk management solutions to affluent clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in personal lines insurance sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities,

Competenze

• Holds an active P&C license.
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales, preferably within the high-net-worth or private client market.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and developing a profitable book of insurance clients.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic referral partnerships with professional advisors and centers of influence.
• Strong knowledge of insurance solutions for affluent individuals, families, and complex households.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal service teams, risk managers, and carrier partners.
• Experience working with family offices or specialized coverages, such as fine art insurance, is a plus.
• Candidates with middle-market or standard personal lines experience who demonstrate strong sales capabilities and an interest in high-net-worth insurance are encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private client insurance market.
• Establish and maintain referral relationships with centers of influence, including wealth advisors, attorneys, family offices, and other professional partners.
• Assess client exposures and recommend customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing consultative guidance and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Risk Managers, and insurance carrier partners to ensure comprehensive coverage solutions and a seamless client experience.
• Generate new business revenue while identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging risks, and insurance products relevant to high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the continued expansion of the private client insurance practice and its market presence.
