Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Private Client Account Executive to support a growing private client insurance practice focused on high-net-worth individuals and families. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding service, managing complex personal accounts, and building strong relationships with clients, producers, and carriers.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has experience in personal lines, and is comfortable with remote work.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
• Experience servicing middle-market or complex personal accounts preferred.
• Familiar with homeowners, auto, umbrella and specialty coverages.
• Strong client service, relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of personal lines accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, producers, carriers, and referral partners.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews and new business submissions.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms and resolve service issues.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with producers and risk managers to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Provide proactive communication and timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in agency management software.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage procedures and industry regulations.
• Support growth and development of the private client practice.
