Job summary

Jonus Group in New York is seeking a Private Client Account Executive to support a growing private client insurance practice focused on high-net-worth individuals and families. You will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships with clients, producers, and carriers.

The ideal candidate holds a P&C license and has experience in retail/personal lines, with an interest in expanding expertise in homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty

Qualifications

• Holds an active P&C license.
• Experience in a retail insurance brokerage, preferably personal lines.
• Experience servicing middle-market/high-net-worth or complex personal accounts preferred.
• Familiarity with homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
• Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with agency management software.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of personal lines accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, producers, carriers, and referral partners.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and new business submissions.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with producers and risk managers to deliver a comprehensive client experience.
• Provide proactive communication and timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in the agency system.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage procedures and regulations.
• Support growth and development of the private client practice.
