Job summary

Jonus Group seeks a Private Client Producer to grow a high-net-worth personal insurance practice. The role emphasizes developing new business, building referral networks, and delivering customized risk management solutions to affluent clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proven sales record in personal lines, and willingness to work remotely on a national scale.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales, preferably high-net-worth.
• Track record of generating new business and growing a profitable client book.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella and specialty coverages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private client insurance market.
• Establish and maintain referral relationships with wealth advisors, attorneys, family offices and other professionals.
• Assess client exposures and recommend customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consultative guidance and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Risk Managers, and carrier partners to ensure comprehensive coverage.
