Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensure in 50 states.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to support servicing of books of business.
• Claims Assistance: Facilitate client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements, maintain licensure and CE.
• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Strengthen insurance knowledge and skills to support client needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
