Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support the account management team with personal insurance needs. You will handle policy servicing, admin tasks, client communications, and carrier coordination to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining professional communication, and striving for first-call resolution.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications with timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with insurance carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims Assistance: Help facilitate client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity.
