Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, multi-tasking and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and proactive communication.
• Process policy servicing tasks including endorsements and changes.
• Manage emails, faxes and return mail, keeping client records updated.
• Coordinate with carriers to meet underwriting requirements.
• Prepare proofs of insurance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and follow coaching guidance.
• Maintain compliance with policies and continuing education requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Develop insurance knowledge and professional skills for growth.
