Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, enterprise integrations, or privacy tech platforms.
• Experience with OneTrust and privacy management processes.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and OneTrust.
• Support privacy operations, including DSRs, consent management, and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, security, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data synchronization, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure integrations align with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks.
