Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Clinical Services Representative I to handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members, delivering professional support through the prior authorization process. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and escalation to pharmacists as needed.

This remote position requires strong multitasking, confidentiality of PHI, and excellent written and verbal communication. Training is provided, with the potential for additional duties by leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Medical Prior authorization experience.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills and take a computer assessment.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite experience: Excel and Word required; Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members with professional and courteous assistance.
• Assist with outbound calls and processing Prior Auths via fax and ePA.
• Monitor inquiries via department mailboxes and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
