Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably print production.
• Experience with purchasing and negotiating in manufacturing, client, or agency settings.
• Strong understanding of print production processes (pre-press, printing, finishing).
• Experience managing print and logistics vendors, including RFQs and bid analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for cost reporting and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of marketing materials from concept to delivery.
• Define print specs and advise on format, materials, feasibility.
• Manage schedules, vendor coordination, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
