Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing operations, campaign management, and lead generation across our organization.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, translating goals into scalable processes, and aligning with MarTech, CRM, and analytics teams. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, budget tracking, and media management while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing ops, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Experience in production or industrial printing is a plus.
• PMP or advanced degree is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing operations strategies, SLA standards, and campaign frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end lead management and demand gen workflows with CRM teams.
• Oversee multi-channel campaign deployment across digital, email, direct mail, and media.
• Direct program budgeting, invoices, and ROI across marketing investments.
• Build dashboards and KPIs with analytics resources and translate data into strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing ops and campaign specialists.
