Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for multiple formats.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials across print and digital channels.
• Create and adapt layouts using established brand standards, templates, and guidelines.
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, large-format, and other marketing applications.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage marketing assets, file organization, and version control.
• Review proofs and final deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Ensure proper file setup including bleeds, trim, color management, image resolution.
• Create and optimize marketing assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Support website content updates and ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with trade shows, events, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives efficiently.
