Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager - Production Print to lead marketing operations, campaign management, and lead generation workflows across the organization.

The role translates high-level goals into scalable processes to drive measurable growth while mentoring a high-performing team. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be based in Boca Raton, FL; Itasca, IL; Norcross, GA; or Melville, NY, with in-office three days per week and optional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, project management, campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Experience in production or industrial printing market is a strong plus.
• People leadership with cross-functional accountability and execution ownership.
• Deep expertise in establishing marketing operational frameworks, workflows, and lead management processes.
• Strong background in multi-channel lead generation programs, campaigns, and digital nurture strategies.
• Ability to align with enterprise teams (IT, MarTech, CRM, Demand Gen) without direct system engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing operations strategies, SLA standards, and campaign execution frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end lead management, demand gen campaigns, and sales handoff workflows.
• Oversee multi-channel campaign schedules across digital, email, direct mail, and media.
• Manage advertising, media plans, vendor contracts, and agency deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, ROI tracking, and resource allocations across concurrent campaigns.
• Build performance dashboards and translate analytics into actionable strategy.
