Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing operations strategies aligned to revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management and lead generation workflows.
• Oversee multi-channel campaign deployment across digital, email, print, and events.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI tracking for marketing investments.
• Provide analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
