Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, production support, vendor management, communications operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end print production for provider and member notification programs.
• Manage mail request intake, project tracking, production timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare, validate, and format mailing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as primary liaison with external print and fulfillment vendors.
• Coordinate production proof review, approval workflows, and QA activities.
• Monitor production schedules and verify successful mailing completion.
• Maintain production documentation and records retention files.
