Job summary

Covenir is seeking a Print Technical Operations Supervisor to own the technical pipeline for print composition and workflow, and to lead the floor team responsible for production quality and delivery. You will act as escalation point when systems fail and drive successful client implementations.

You will coordinate with IT, Compliance, and vendors, maintain documentation, and ensure on-time, error-free production. Strong leadership and hands-on troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in print, mail, or high-volume document production or equivalent operations experience.
• 2+ years supervising or leading a team (timecards, attendance, performance).
• Demonstrated technical ownership of print composition or workflow software.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pipeline for print composition, workflow, and job management systems.
• Lead client implementations from requirements through go-live and steady state.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and release testing with vendors to protect production.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for the assigned functions and clients.
