You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and printers across the US in a fully remote role, leveraging strong knowledge of print production, prepress, QA, and release processes to deliver high‑quality educational print materials.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in print production, publishing operations, or production project management.
• Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, quality assurance, version control, release processes, and vendor management.
• Experience with workflow platforms like Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Workfront, and a systems-oriented mindset.
• Competitive annual salary of $85,000-$130,000 with meaningful equity participation.
