The role requires 4+ years in graphic design/pre-press, strong Illustrator skills, and coordinating with sales and production partners, with CET overlap.

The position is a 100% remote contractor role with flexible hours and a focus on scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, pre-press, packaging design, or production artwork.
• Hands-on pre-press expertise for production-ready artwork (CMYK, dielines, vectorizing).
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator and professional print preparation tools.
• Experience leading remote design teams or workflows, with coaching skills.
• Ability to work CET/CEST-aligned hours with a 37-hour week.
