Job summary

Medtronic, a global health technology leader, is seeking a Principal Workday Analyst to lead the Advanced Compensation domain and support Talent Management and Performance in Workday. This remote role focuses on configuring, testing, and optimizing compensation and performance processes while ensuring global compliance and data integrity.

You will partner with HR, Centers of Expertise, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements, run risk analyses, and guide stakeholders through changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Human Capital Management systems including Workday Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Alternative: advanced degree with at least 5 years in HCM systems and Workday configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Compensation design, maintenance, and configuration in Workday.
• Support Talent Management and Performance modules and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on Workday enhancements and change requests.
• Coordinate system upgrades and feature rollouts for Workday modules.
