Ladders is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor in enterprise security. You will lead discovery sessions, tailor product demos, and work with sales and product teams to match capabilities with customer needs. The role includes post-sale consulting and ongoing collaboration to improve deployment outcomes.

Remote in the US with no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually, reflecting seniority and impact across security

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of pre-sales or technical solution architecture in cybersecurity or managed security solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Email Security, Microsoft 365 security management, SIEM analysis, and MDR workflows.
• Strong understanding of IAM, MFA, and Security Awareness Training strategies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC frameworks.
• Familiarity with core IT infrastructure and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Familiarity with MSP service delivery models and ITIL is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.

• Serve as the technical expert across the security portfolio, including Email Security and Microsoft 365 defense.
• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions and deliver customized product demonstrations.
• Partner with Account Executives to design multi-layered security and compliance frameworks.
• Help clients align security posture with regulatory frameworks using compliance tools.
• Provide post-sale technical consulting, assisting with deployment strategies and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for feature enhancements.
