Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Principal, Solution Architecture for its Trusted Communications Solutions team. This remote role partners with telecommunications carriers and enterprise customers to design carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention that balance customer needs with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or technical solutioning within telecommunications.
• Deep domain expertise in messaging, voice, signaling, network infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with carriers or large enterprises to define and implement complex solutions.
• Translate customer business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams including PM, Eng, Sales, BD, and CS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executives and engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to telecommunications carriers and enterprise customers.
• Design and architect carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention.
• Partner with customer technology teams to identify new opportunities and drive adoption.
• Translate VOC into scalable product enhancements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, BD, and Account Management to bring solutions from concept to deployment.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, proposals, white papers, and technical documentation.
• Bridge between customer teams and internal engineering to accelerate delivery.
• Support training and enablement for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth in global markets.
