Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships to lead strategic data source identification and onboarding. You will partner with global teams to assess data opportunities, manage partner relationships, and support innovative data products for evolving customer needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with legal, regulatory, and governance functions, and requires strong negotiation, communication and program-management skills in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in data partnerships, alliance management, or life sciences.
• 3+ years supporting data partnerships or vendor management in healthcare.
• 3+ years negotiating third‑party partnership agreements.
• 3+ years working with data management tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and onboarding of strategic data sources and data partnerships.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance to develop partnerships agreements and contracting.
• Manage partner relationships and build engagement channels with key stakeholders.
• Develop summaries and dashboards for stakeholders and document opportunities.
