Ensono is seeking a Principal Project Manager (Consultant) to lead large, strategic client engagements across the full software development lifecycle in a delivery management role. You will blend program leadership with consulting, shaping vision, priorities and measurable outcomes for complex tech transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs or digital transformation engagements.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation, application modernization, microservices, and enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, DevOps, CI/CD, release management and operational readiness.
• Expertise in Agile and traditional delivery frameworks and when to apply each.

• Lead complex programs and interconnected workstreams with clear outcomes and integrated plans.
• Evolve delivery methodologies, planning standards and supporting tools for sustainable delivery.
• Translate strategic goals into coherent delivery models, governance and roadmaps.
• Influence senior and C-level stakeholders to shape vision, priorities and investment.
• Develop long-term client engagement strategies leveraging delivery experience and market insights.
• Act as trusted adviser balancing client strategy, delivery feasibility and commercial obligations.
• Define reporting/governance standards for visibility of progress, risks and decisions.
• Implement RAID management and anticipate budget or resource constraints before they impact delivery.
• Develop contingency strategies and elevate material risks to drive action.
• Manage program budgets to maximize profitability and maintain transparency.
• Maintain knowledge of Ensono Digital products and connect client needs with specialists.
• Lead proposals and presales, addressing delivery or commercial risks and mitigating gaps.
• Contribute to the Delivery Management competency strategy and promote continuous improvement.
• Encourage professional development and mentoring across Delivery Management.
• Curiosity and openness to AI-driven delivery tools to improve efficiency.
