Job summary

Ensono seeks a Principal Project Manager (Consultant) in Delivery Management to lead complex programs across the full software lifecycle, advising senior and C-level client stakeholders. You will shape program vision, balance priorities, and bring strategic and technical insights to client conversations.

You will help define governance, manage budgets, drive delivery excellence, mentor teams, and contribute to business development and presales within Ensono Digital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise technology delivery programs or digital transformation engagements.
• Cloud transformation, application modernization, microservices, and enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and operational readiness knowledge.
• Agile and traditional delivery frameworks with appropriate usage.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products; Smartsheet desired.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, profitability and commercial performance.
• Experience with Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagements.
• Strong risk, dependency, and governance expertise.
• Executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and driving accountability.
• Mentorship and delivery excellence commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex program and interconnected workstreams with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Evolve delivery methodologies, planning standards, and tooling for sustainable delivery.
• Translate strategic goals into delivery models, governance and roadmaps.
• Influence C-level stakeholders and steering committees on priorities and investments.
• Develop long-term client engagement strategies using market insight and technology knowledge.
• Act as trusted adviser balancing client strategy, delivery feasibility, and commercial obligations.
• Define reporting and governance standards for visibility of progress and decisions.
• Implement RAID management and anticipate risks before they affect delivery.
• Develop contingency strategies and elevate material risks with actionable plans.
• Manage program budgets, optimize spend, maintain transparency.
• Maintain knowledge of Ensono Digital products and connect needs with specialists.
• Lead proposals and presales with client and competitor insights to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to Delivery Management competency strategy and continuous improvement.
• Encourage professional development and mentoring across Delivery Management.
