Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. This senior role guides Senior/Staff/Associate PMs and partners with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

A strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, technical fluency and a track record of delivering high-impact products are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support
• Oversee delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers
• Define KPIs and track ROI to inform future decisions
• Partner on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to sunset
• Advocate for intuitive, accessible user experiences
• Iterate based on feedback and market trends
