Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Credit to shape strategy and roadmap for a credit platform serving clients in regulated financial ecosystems. Remote within the US; visa sponsorship not available.

You will partner with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable credit capabilities, translate market needs into direction, and drive offerings from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments.
• Proven track record shipping complex credit products at scale in regulated ecosystems.
• Domain thought leadership with ability to identify market opportunities in credit.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Deep technical acumen, comfortable with APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver multi-quarter strategy for the credit platform.
• Author detailed product requirements and technical documentation for engineers.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to move credit products from concept to market.
• Partner with engineering leaders on architecture decisions affecting product outcomes.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure value delivery.
• Use analytics to identify platform gaps and measure feature impact for prioritization.
• Represent the credit product perspective with enterprise clients and inform the roadmap.
