Job summary

Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Arc Consumer to define the consumer experience on stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure. You will own the Arc consumer product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data, and the broader Circle organization to translate on‑chain capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy products.

You will shape first-time users into engaged customers and guide the product journey from discovery through onboarding and continued use.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience.
Proven ability to take consumer products from concept to launch.
Strong product judgment for simple, intuitive experiences.
Deep understanding of onchain products and crypto.
Active user of crypto products with informed opinions.
Knowledge of AI agents and agentic finance.
Ability to set strategy and execute with detail.
Experience working with Design and User Research.

Responsibilities

Define the future of Arc consumer products and set the product vision.
Own the strategy and roadmap for Arc consumer experiences.
Translate customer needs into simple & compelling product experiences.
Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Marketing, Legal, Compliance.
Drive growth through mechanisms that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth to bring new experiences to market.
Partner with users and researchers to inform decisions with data and experiments.
