Job summary

Angi is seeking an Associate Director to manage and grow relationships with our largest Home Service Professional partners. This role serves as the primary advisor to partners, helping them maximize success on the Angi platform through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

The Associate Director acts as a trusted partner to external stakeholders and internal teams, translating performance data into actionable recommendations that drive growth, retention, and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
• Experience managing complex partner relationships and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Angi’s most strategic Service Professional partners.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners and present performance insights.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to advocate for partner needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow partner value and mitigate retention risk.
