Job summary

Angi is seeking an Associate Director to manage and grow relationships with our largest Home Service Professional partners. You will act as the primary advisor, using data-driven insights and strategic planning to maximize partner success on the Angi platform.

The role blends analytical thinking with strong relationship management and requires comfort operating in ambiguity while influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
• Experience managing complex customer or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities with BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: manage top Service Professional partners as primary advisor.
• Data-driven partner strategy: translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Growth and revenue expansion: identify opportunities and pilot initiatives.
• Cross-functional influence: collaborate with product, operations, and CX teams.
• Operational excellence: maintain partner health and proactive risk/opportunity identification.
