Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Clinical Account Executive II to lead Medicaid-related account management and drive cost-effective, high-quality drug therapy programs for state agencies and their members.

The role requires a PharmD with 5+ years of experience, plus SME in the area, and a license in good standing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• PharmD and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years' SME in respective areas.
• Registered Pharmacist license in good standing and ability to obtain licensure in specific state within 6 months.
• Experience with BI tools (IBM Cognos or Tableau preferred).
• Familiar with First Databank and Medi-Span drug information.

Responsibilities

• Acts as team lead for specific accounts and coordinates tasks among junior team members.
• Monitors SLAs related to clinical services and reports risks to leadership.
• Provides recommendations to clients to lower net costs while maintaining clinical quality.
• Coordinates clinical utilization analyses and PDL support during plan sponsor implementation.
• Collaborates with corporate resources to meet financial and service goals.
