Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer for remote work in the USA. The role focuses on leading mainframe modernization projects, delivering technical solutions, and guiding customers through complex IT transformations.

You will engage in design, deployment, and hands-on delivery, while coordinating with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant technical experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in IT project implementations, customizations or maintenance.
• Analytical mindset to analyze test results and drive defect resolution.
• Organized and methodical with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers (75%).
• Lead design and deployment of Rocket products.
• Contribute to implement new solutions under Delivery Architects.
• Create proof of concept and pilots.
• Conduct technical presentations/trainings for teams.
