BGBx seeks a Principal to lead engagements for top biopharma clients, guiding teams, shaping strategy, and delivering impactful work from market assessments to product commercialization.

You'll be a trusted client partner, helping grow the practice through scoping opportunities, relationship building, and shaping our consulting offerings, with strong leadership and communication at the core.

Qualifikationen

• 7-8 years of life sciences consulting experience.
• BA/BS required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
• Strong data analyst and synthesis skills—you connect dots others miss.
• Proven leadership across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for balancing project management, project delivery, and business development responsibilities.
• Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm.
• Utilize IxI technology products and client provided information to develop conclusions and recommendations (written and verbal).
• Work with senior members of the team to scope and develop proposals for new projects.
• Engage in practice planning discussions, including practice strategy and marketing.
• Analyze research and data to uncover insights and build smart, usable recommendations.
• Craft compelling, client- ready presentations that tell clear, powerful stories.
• Collaborate across disciplines—working with creatives, behavioral scientists, and technologists.
• Contribute to business development by building proposals and nurturing client relationships.
• Help shape our practice by engaging in strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
