Job summary

CHR is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead large life sciences projects, guide consulting teams, and drive business development. You will collaborate with clients to enable strategic decision-making and deliver high‑quality services across oncology, immunology, CVRM, and rare diseases.

You will engage with existing and new clients, lead pitches, and balance scientific rigor with commercial insight to achieve revenue targets. A growth mindset and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., Oncology, Immunology, CVRM, Rare diseases).
• Proven ability to lead profitable projects delivering client value.
• Strong track record in winning new business and leading pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large client projects from inception to completion.
• Develop consulting teams and mentor junior members.
• Proactively drive business development and expand client scope.
• Lead proposals and client pitches to secure new engagements.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
• Promote internal improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
