The role demands ten-plus years in healthcare or life sciences, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to design and implement strategic plans with clear business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree/licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare/life sciences industry experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing an organization, function, and/or team.
• Previous consulting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-building and client-facing initiatives; communicate BHAG and mission.
• Manage and develop associates; implement hiring/onboarding and development plans.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
• Manage projects and client relationships; articulate vision and project goals.
• Deliver consulting services; design strategic components and business plans.
• Engage in industry thought leadership; author content and pursue speaking engagements.
