Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a software developer in progressively more complex assignments with experience managing requirements for software application development, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, or relevant IT experience.
• Experience applying digital accessibility regulations and standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) to business processes, content, tools, and/or documents, with examples of accessibility improvements.
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix leadership environment and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development across the full SDLC aligned with OIT strategies (Cloud First, Mobile First, Secure Colorado).
• Oversee application development, testing, and configuration management for both custom and COTS solutions.
• Coordinate releases, document changes, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Ensure accessibility, security, and governance across digital products and practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, managers, and stakeholders to estimate projects and manage timelines.
