Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a technical lead delivering technology products.
• Experience working across disciplines to ship user-centered solutions.
• Familiarity with evaluating vendor proposals, architecture designs, and demos.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vendor proposals, architecture designs, and deliver code for quality, security, and EA alignment.
• Lead evaluations for custom development vs. COTS vs. SaaS with documented decisions.
• Ensure alignment with state technology patterns and enterprise implications.
• Translate EA standards, cloud strategies, and security baselines into practical guidance.
• Draft technical language for SOOs and develop vendor evaluation criteria.
• Review production issues with leadership and escalate to enterprise resources as needed.
• Contribute to business cases communicating the value of technical decisions.
