Ladders is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to shape analytical strategy across product, finance and ML teams, focusing on forecasting, spend optimization and attribution. This remote role is US-based, with no visa sponsorship available.

You will partner with leaders to clarify complex problems and translate them into actionable frameworks. Responsibilities include leading experiments, building metrics, and collaborating with ML to deliver causal analyses and data-driven decisions that impact

Competenze

• 8+ years of data science or quantitative roles impacting product or business strategy.
• Mastery of experimental design and A/B testing.
• Deep statistical expertise, including causal inference methods.
• Strong coding skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments, shaping direction through inquiry.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating complex technical work into clear narratives.
• Exposure to ML applications and ability to collaborate with ML/data science teams.
