Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or relevant field with 10+ years related experience
• Master’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or relevant field with 8+ years related experience
• PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or relevant field with 6+ years related experience
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of organization-wide data science strategies.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical models.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define data science priorities and align analytics efforts with the company vision.
• Provide expert consultation and thought leadership in data science best practices.
• Mentor and coach data science teams to improve technical and professional growth.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data initiatives meet needs.
