Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or relevant field with 10+ years related experience
• Master’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or relevant field with 8+ years related experience
• PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or relevant field with 6+ years related experience
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide data science strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deploy machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical models.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define data science priorities.
• Provide expert consultation and leadership in data science practices.
• Mentor data science teams to ensure growth and performance.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to meet business needs.
• Improve data infrastructure, accessibility, and quality across the company.
• Communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership from data insights.

Education
