Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains with technical depth.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks, structured content, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Embed standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data and metadata accuracy.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
• Partner with content leaders to plan and craft content strategy and artifacts from MRDs to PRDs and specs.
• Guide teams to high-quality plans and content strategy linked to learner jobs and business outcomes.
• Build AI fluency across content talent base and identify manual tasks to automate.
• Bring telemetry and human-in-the-loop design to AI-assisted content generation and quality assurance.
• Role model collaboration with product, engineering, design, and editorial.
