With 12+ years in network architecture, you will mentor teams, collaborate with cloud providers, security, and stakeholders, and drive a cloud‑first modernization roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise networking or related fields.
• Experience defining enterprise networking strategy across cloud and on‑prem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; relevant certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and champion the enterprise networking strategy for Deckers Brands’ global operations.
• Set standards for network design, policies, and guardrails.
• Lead enterprise‑wide governance with architecture reviews and design approvals.
• Elevate resilience with AWS, OCI, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Define and deliver Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and self‑service networking capabilities.
